1. What is your return policy?
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Please note that any items you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all original packaging intact. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returns, unless the item is faulty. Returns delivered to a parcel shop will not be picked up and they will be returned to the customer. Return expenses are paid for by the customer.
2. Where are you located?
We are located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
3. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, customers will receive a tracking number either through email or SMS as soon as their order is shipped.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept every payment methods which is available with Shopify payments, including credit/debit cards,, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, MobilePay and Paypal.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can contact our customer support (support@calmeclub.com) and request to cancel or change your order. Whether the cancellation or changes can be done depends on the stock and if fulfillment is started.
6. How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
7. Do you offer gift cards?
No, we do not offer gift cards at this time.
8. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for a different size or color. Refer to our returns policy for more information. Instead of an actual exchange, customers have to return the items they don't want and then order the styles they want from the website. Please note that due to us having limited stock, the desired style, color or size might be out of stock.
9. How can I find out about the care instructions for a product?
All necessary information about the care instructions for our products can be found under the section ‘’Garment care’’ under each product, and on the washtags.
10. What materials do you use for your products?
We use a variety of materials such as mohair, bison leather, cotton, and more. All products will have the materials and their composition listed on the website and on the tags.
